Brief introduction
The electromagnetic vibrating feeder is used to materials from storage silos or other storage device in uniform or quantitative material supply to the affected equipment, automated assembly line is the implementation of the necessary equipment, sub-open-and closed two kinds. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder is widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, light industry, chemicals, Agriculture industries for feeding the bulk, granule and powder materials from the warehouse or hopper into the accepting device evenly and continuously, such as belt conveyor, hopper conveyor, sieve equipment, crushing machine and grinder etc. It can be also applicable for automatic batching and quantitative packing and achieve the automatical production by automatic control.
Feature
1) Small size, light weight, simple structure, easy installation, no rotating part, no need lubrication, low maintenance rate and low cost.
2) It applies the resonance theory of the mechanical vibration, making diaproton to work under the low critical resonant states, so consuming less power.
3) Because it can instantaneously change and close materials flow, so it have higer accuracy in controlling feeding quantity.
4). It adopts silicon-controlled half-wave recification circuit, which can be used by adjusting the opening angle to realize stepless adjustment of the Feeding Capacity and can help achieve centralized control and auto-control in the production process.
5). As the materials in the feeder trough are fed up continuously in the process of feeding and jump in the parabolic trajectory, therefore it causes less damage to feeder. 6). It is not suitable for the occasion of explosion-proof requirements.
7). Conditions of the use of electrical control devices:
A. Elevation height is not more than 1000m.
B. The temperature of surrounding medium is less than -20 celsius dgree ~ +4 celsius dgree.
C. When the temperature of surrounding medium is 25 celsius dgree, the relative humidity is not more than 85%.
D. Around there is no medium of serious corrosion and affect electrical insulation properties.
