Characteristic: With the function of blast proof, the blast-proof overhead crane with hook requires a lower working speed. The electrical equipment adopts blast-proof products. The machine part adopts relevant blast-proof measurement. The cart and trolley of crane adopt feed cable.
Purpose: it is used to handle the material in inflammable, explosive medium environment. It can choose different blast-proof grade.
Environmental condition: generally speaking, it is handled indoor(it is necessary to negotiate between two parties when the crane needs to work outside). Working environment is -20℃~40℃. Working ambient pressure is 0.08~0.11MPa. The working environment is equipped with favorable ventilation installation. It applies to 1,2 blast-proof dangerous district.
In line with the classification of dangerous materials, the classification of blast proof can be chose. It is marked with I、IIA、IIB、IIC(When the IIC is used, it must give a clear indication in the order contract .).
The structure of blast-proof overhead adopts double girder. It mainly consists of girder(two pieces), end girder(two piece), trolley and electric equipment. The main supporting body of crane is box-type cross section of girder and end girder, walking board, handrail, operation cab. On the main supporting body, the trolley is set on. The frame of trolley adopts rigidity welded by steel plate. On the surface, it is set with main lifting mechanism, auxiliary lifting mechanism and trolley traveling mechanism. On the walking board of crane span structure, it is set with cart traveling mechanism. The electric equipment mainly set on the walking board and in the operation cab. By meas of conductor mechanism, the main switch of the crane is brought in main switch.
The lifting mechanism mainly is made up of electric motor, reducer, winding drum, steel wire-rope, pulley block, hook group and other parts. Under the drive torque generated by electric motor, the hook can be lifted up and down. In the meanwhile, the lifted materials will be up and down.
The traveling mechanism of trolley and traveling mechanism of cart is made up of electric motor, reducer, coupling, wheel group and other parts. Under the drive torque generated by electric motor, the wheel will drive the wheel in two directions by reducer and coupling, which can realize to move the trolley and crane span structure from one side to another side. It can realize to lift the heavy material in three-dimensional movement.
In order to insure the crane can be operated normally and pinpoint in anywhere, all of the mechanisms are set with safety devices. For example, on the high speed shaft of reducer and electric motor are allocated with braking equipment or adopts motor with brake, which is made up of brake and brake coupling. The brake is normally shut. When it is charged with electricity, the brake slipper is opened. When the electricity is cut off, the brake slipper is closed, which can make the lifted heavy materials stop at any positions during it is lifted. It can make the traveling mechanism stop rotating, which can realize to lift the materials at accurate place.
Except for brake rigging, the lifting mechanism is equipped with normal limit switch, overload limiter(in line with user requirements to install). Almost the cart and trolley are equipped with limit switch. In the circuit, it is set with over-current protection, no-voltage protection, open-phase safeguard, zero position protection, emergency switch, main disconnecting switch, interlock switching of hatch opening, electric ring reminder and other devices, which can insure the crane work normally and the safety of the operator.

Material and technology
In line with GB/T14405-93 standard regulation, the girder, end girder and trolley are manufactured. The girder, end girder and trolley adopts Q235-B steel in GB700-88 or no less than 16Mn low structural alloy steel. Other steel structure adopts Q235-B.F in GB700-88 standard. The min.thickness of the steel plate is 6mm; The examining of welding technology and weld joint should strictly obey relevant standards and regulation. Then, the important weld joint should take X-ray and be ultrasonic non-destructive testing. The surface of the steel must be blasting shot. The rust removal of the steel surface must reach Sa2.5 grade in GB8923 standard. Structural steel is St3 grade and paints pretreatment ground coat painting. Thickness of the ground coat paint is 15-20um
Material of wheels adopt ZG340-640. Material of gears adopt 40Cr、42CrMo and etc. The material of axle is 45#steel. When the blast-proof is IIC grade, the wheel tread and rim adopt copper alloy or other materials to manufacture. The wheel tread and rim adopts welding technology stainless steel
The wheel hardness of roller:the hardness of wheel tread and inner side of rim is HB≥300~380. In the 20mm depth of wheel tread and inner side of rim, the hardness is HB≥260. There exists no forged flaw on the wheel tread and inner side of rim.
The brake of brake wheel must be made as blast-proof type. The brake surface of wheel brake has been heat treatment. Hardness is HRC45~55. There exists no leakage and other flaws. Material is 45# or ZG340~640
Nameplate and tonnage brand should be made of brass or stainless steel. The thickness of it is no less than 1mm. The size of the tonnage brand is no less than 3mm.
The end girder adopts box-type girder. The connection among end girder adopts finished bolt.
The large structural parts is installed with lifting eye in discrete state, which is convenient to transport.
The girder has deflection upward, the range of deflection should be controlled in 0.9S/1000-1.4S/1000 in the span. The max.deflection upward must be controlled in S/10 in the span.
